HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS FOR REPAIR:
1. Do not return product to place of
purchase
2. Please complete the Return Authorization
Request off the EOTech Web Site at
www.eotech-inc.com/raform.php
3. Please advise Model, serial number, date of
purchase (proof of purchase may be required)
and a description of the problem
4. EOTech will issue you a Return Authorization #
5. Clearly Mark the RA# on the outside of the box
and return to:
