Table 2-8 shall NOT be used in force-on-force

training.

2.5.1 Mode Selection

. Modes of operation for the AN/PEQ-

2A are accessed by turning the Mode Selector to the desired

position. When in the OFF (0) position, the device will not

operate and will not emit laser radiation.

To prevent inadvertent activation of the lasers, the

AN/PEQ-2A should be in the OFF (0) position

when not in use.
